1. Accelerating the growth of local SMEs involved in the blue economy and increasing the capacity and knowledge of government official for generating more bankable blue projects. 

2. Increase the knowledge and strengthen Indonesian Government Official capacity of the blue economy. 

3. Improve access to finance for selected Indonesian blue Economy startups & SMEs involved in the blue economy

4. Enable the Indonesian Government Units and local startups & SMEs to scale-up blue economy projects through matchmaking, knowledge sharing and joint policy dialogue
